For your Visa Applications:

 

If you need our assistance in obtaining a visa for entering Japan, you are required (1) to fill in a Visa application (click here) and (2) to send us a PDF copy of the main information page of your passport. Your information in the form and the copy of your passport will be used in preparing necessary documents (four documents and a formal invitation letter) for your visa application. You have to take these documents to go to the embassy or consulate of Japan in your country or the area for your visa application.

 

Please send us the completed form and a PDF copy of your passport before September 25 October 15 to the Conference Coordinator: Dr. Lau, by e-mail: icota7visa@iict.konan-u.ac.jp or by Fax No. +81-78-435-2540.

 

Please be reminded that it may take more than one month to receive a visa for entering Japan in some instances.

 

You will receive the necessary documents, only if you have already paid the registration fee treated by Japan Travel Bureau (JTB) (https://entry.jtb.ne.jp/me/registrye/registrye.asp?id=0823).

 

Once the payment for Registration has been confirmed, the Conference Coordinator will issue an Invitation Letter, and other necessary official documentation.

 

If your paper or extended abstract will be presented in a special session, we also require an adding recommendation (in a free form) from the chair of your special session. In this recommendation, the chair of your special session should offer the following information: (1) your name, position and affiliation of the participant, and address of post mail. (2) If a paper or an extended abstract of the participant has been accepted for presentation at ICOTA7, the title of the contribution and number.
