All the submission procedure has finished.

[Author of papers in Special Sessions]

(1) Notification of acceptance/rejection of the abstract/full paper

The paper accept/reject information has been informed from the conference committee already.

(2) Registration and payment

At least one EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION (deadline is 20 September, 2007) is MANDATORY for each paper.

The registration and payment is required as same procedure as the authors of general papers and general participants and the same time schedule (you also need to do "Registration" separately. The registration site is now open by the travel bureau JTB that is also linked from the registration menu (IMPORTANT!)). Please note that one registration covers at most two papers (including general session papers). As an example, if you are an author of 3 papers, at least one other person must register also.

(An extended abstract and its full paper are counted as one.)

(3) Submission of final camera ready manuscripts

Authors of special session papers are requested to send the final camera ready manuscript to the session organizer by 30 September, 2007. If you receive any request from the session organzer about the revision of the manuscript, you must finish it quickly and re-send them to the session organizer.
