Accommodations

 

 

We have arranged discounted rooms for hotels of various categories in the vicinity of the conference site, and these hotels can be booked through the registration site by Japan Travel Bureau (click HERE to proceed to the JTB booking site. It is also possible just to look the hotel list and prices.).

 

JTB Western Japan, Corp.(JTB) has been appointed as an official travel agent for the Conference and will handle hotel accommodations. JTB has reserved a sufficient number of rooms at the following hotels for the participants during the Conference period at special discount rates.
Hotel assignment will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

These websites list many hotels in Sannomiya, Kobe. However, you may prefer a hotel which is close to the following locations:

(a) Kobe international exhibition hall (ｿﾀｸﾍｹﾝｲﾄｾ�), the site of our ICOTA7.
(b) Port-liner Shimin Hiroba Station (ｻﾔﾌｱｹｭｾ�), which is just next to the conference site.
(c) JR Sannomiya Station (JRｻｰ･ﾎｵﾜｱﾘ).
(d) Hankyu Sannomiya Station (ｺ蠏ﾞｻｰｵﾜｱﾘ).

If you stay at a hotel close to (c) and (d), you can walk from the hotel to the Port-liner Sannomiya Station. Then, you can go to the conference site by Port-liner railway (www.knt-liner.co.jp), which takes around 10 minutes.

Please note that if you'd like to stay in a hotel listed in the links above, you have to book one by yourself. They have nothing to do with ICOTA7.


The conference will be held when a big event is held (Luminarie). Early booking is strongly recommended.
